1993 Foundation of the company We began operations as a Cargo Agent.
1995 Growth We reached significant growth in air cargo through third airlines.
1998 Start Operations - Charter flights We started to move into the charter operation for the transport of national newspapers, obtaining very good results.
2001 Start Operations - Airline The company is certified as an airline under regulation 135 line operating under maintenance program 129 FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) with an aircraft Metroliner III (N386PH).
2003 Incorporation of the second aircraft Aircrafts The second aircraft Metroliner III is incorporated and begins to transport passengers in Perú . Also, begins the route Lima – Cajamarca- Lima.
2004 Expansion The third Metroliner III is added and its coverage is extended to 4 domestic destinations with regular flights: Cajamarca, Ayacucho, Huánuco and Pucallpa
2005 Corporate Operations Development operations in charter starts, operating for the main companies of oil and mining.
2008 Increase of fleet, coverage and frequency We incorporate the fourth aircraft to our fleet while we increased 5 destinations offering daily flight frequencies.
2009 Fifth and sixth aircraft The fifth and sixth aircraft Metroliner III are incorporated. Also, the destinations and frequencies increases.
2011 Society LCPerú and USMP A partnership with the USMP (University San Martín de Porres) is formed and the process of changing fleet starts, progressively removing the Metroliners II and incorporating Bombardier Dash 8-202; certifying the company under regulation 121.
2012 New Fleet Dash 8-202 In January 2 the operation Dash 8-202 starts. In January 23 the last flight of Metroliners III fleet was made. It incorporates four aircrafts Dash 8-202.
2013 Increase Fleet and Certifications Two additional aircraft are incorporated into the fleet Dash 8-202. We got IOSA Certification and BARS Certification.
2014 Consolidation of OperationsThe operation of the fleet Dash 8-202 is strengthened covering 7 domestic destinations with 70 weekly frequencies.
2015 We acquired 6 Boeing 737-500, with capacity for 120 passengers and 2 Bombardier Dash 8 - Q400, aircraft with capacity for 76 passengers,. LCPerú becomes the most versatile and efficient fleet of the Peruvian market also with the best connectivity. We opened the following routes: Cusco, Arequipa, Chiclayo, Trujillo. Cajamarca passes of Dash Q-202 fleet to Boeing 737-500. Huánuco, and Jauja passes of fleet Dash Q-202 to Dash Q-400.
